Learning That Changes How You Lead
We don’t need more training; we need more awareness. I create developmental experiences that reconnect people to themselves, to one another, and to the deeper intention behind their work. This is learning that moves beyond insight into lived practice. Here are three ways to begin that work.

Learning Experience Design Consulting
For coaches, facilitators, and organizations designing learning for others
Designing learning that truly transforms people asks the designer and facilitator to work from an integrated place — one that includes cognition, emotion, body, and presence.
My consulting work supports coaches, facilitators, and learning teams who want to design and lead whole-person learning experiences with greater depth and impact.

This work often includes:
  • Design review and refinement (you bring your program or curriculum; I offer thoughtful, developmental feedback)
  • Facilitation coaching focused on presence, relational dynamics, and embodied leadership
  • Support integrating 3 core pillars: inclusive (universal design), experiential, and embodied learning principles into your design practice
Rather than prescribing a formula, I take a coaching-oriented approach, helping you discover what your work is asking for and supporting you in embodying it more fully.
If you design or facilitate learning for others and sense there’s more possible, this is likely a good place to start.

Programs & Open-cohort Workshops
Structured developmental spaces for people who develop others
My programs and workshops offer accessible, community-based containers for deeper human development within professional life. These spaces are designed for people who want to explore leadership, emotion, and presence not as concepts, but as lived experience. Current and upcoming offerings include:

The Human Piece: Cultivating Durable Skills in a Complex World (local to northern Michigan)

The Human Experience: An Emotions Series
An open-cohort series exploring emotional intelligence as a foundation for more integrated, whole-person living and working.
(Offered in partnership with Learning in Action.)

LeadIn3
A four-month developmental experience for faculty leaders in higher education, focused on intentional, inclusive, and integrated leadership in complex academic environments.
Each offering is distinct in structure and audience, yet unified by a shared orientation: durable development begins within.

Coaching & Team Development
Personal and collective integration for meaningful impact
For individuals and teams seeking deeper alignment between values, presence, and practice, I offer coaching and custom professional development experiences.

1:1 Coaching

Personalized coaching designed as a developmental journey. This work supports leaders, educators, and facilitators in expanding their leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and capacity to navigate complexity with clarity and integrity.
Coaching is less about fixing and more about integrating, so your way of leading, teaching, and relating feels more grounded and sustainable.

Team & Professional Development

Custom learning experiences that bring development to life. Through experiential methods and emotionally intelligent facilitation, this work supports trust, communication, and collaboration from the inside out.
Recent engagements have focused on:
  • Emotional intelligence in leadership and relationships
  • Burnout, resilience, and sustainable work practices
  • Coaching skills for leaders
  • Human-centered leadership in complex systems
Each engagement is thoughtfully designed to meet the specific context, culture, and developmental edge of the group.

A Note on How I Work

Across all of these pathways, the work remains the same at its core:

Development grounded in lived experience
Attention to internal state as a driver of external impact
Integration of thinking, emotion, body, and presence
Learning that is not just understood, but embodied

The form may differ. The intention does not.

Ongoing Reflections for People Who Develop Others

A weekly message exploring the deeper dimensions of learning through lived experience — how attention, presence, and integration shape the way we lead, facilitate, and design learning.
These reflections are anchored in three essential pillars of learning, not as concepts to master, but as orientations to live from.
You’ll receive space to pause, notice, and reconnect, alongside occasional invitations into programs and workshops when it feels aligned.
